Role Overview
We’re hiring an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers. You’ll own the entire closing process—from discovery calls to negotiation and closing.
This is a results-driven role. If you’re someone who understands buyer psychology, handles objections confidently, and pushes deals to close, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
Deliver product demos and communicate value clearly
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Close inbound and outbound qualified leads
Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
Follow up consistently to move deals forward
Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops for smooth handoffs
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / closing role
Proven ability to close deals (not just generate leads)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of sales funnels and deal cycles
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
