Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts.
This role is about creating pipeline from scratch—cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and smart targeting. You are not closing deals, but your performance directly impacts revenue.
If you can handle rejection, stay consistent, and turn cold prospects into booked meetings, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential prospects (ICP-based targeting)
Execute outbound campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Personalize outreach to improve response rates
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
Follow up consistently with prospects
Work with Sales Ops on data and list building
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly meeting targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in sales / lead generation (fresh candidates can apply)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in cold outreach (calls + emails)
Basic understanding of B2B sales
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn is a plus
Self-motivated and resilient
