Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential clients—primarily in the US market.
This is a location-based, on-site role, requiring you to work night shifts aligned with Pacific Time Zone (PST).
If you're someone who enjoys outbound sales, understands business pain points, and can confidently communicate with international clients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via:
Cold emails
Cold calling
LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Maintain CRM hygiene and track all interactions
Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR roles
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Comfortable working night shifts (PST hours)
Experience with tools like:
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Email outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Strong research and problem-identification skills
Nice to Have
Experience selling services (e.g., dispatching, staffing, SaaS, marketing)
Understanding of US business culture and sales processes
Prior experience working with international clients
