Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Executive who can bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to our sales process. This role is not about closing deals—it’s about enabling the sales team to perform better through data, systems, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reporting consistency
Build and optimize sales workflows, sequences, and automation
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal cycles
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Assist in lead routing, scoring, and segmentation
Collaborate with SDRs and Closers to remove bottlenecks
Support outbound campaigns with lists, tools, and data enrichment
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / CRM management
Strong familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Good understanding of B2B sales funnels and pipelines
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, filters, basic analysis)
Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
